First Way:
In this way, you have to create a valuable video for your potential customer and then upload it on your Facebook Page.
Now join some Facebook groups where you want to target the members of the groups and share the Video from your FB page in that group.
Note: Keep the length of the video less than 5 minutes.
You’ll see that the views will increase on your video uploaded on your Page.
Next Step, Go to the ads manager and then audiences. Now create a Custom Audience of the video viewers.
Now give some time to Facebook to populate the audience and then you can retarget these people from your ads manager and create a Lookalike of a similar type of audience.
Second Way:
In this way, you have to ask the admin of the group to do a paid promotion or post a promotional post and then create a custom audience of that audience.
