How to Remove or Ban someone from a Group on Facebook
If you are a group admin of a Facebook group, and you noticed that a member of your group is posting or doing some annoying comments, then you can remove that member. Keep in mind, only group admin has the right to remove or ban someone from a group on Facebook. Follow the steps as shown in this video.
1. Open your web browser, type facebook.com in the URL bar, and press Enter key on your keyboard.
2. Type your email or phone number that is registered with Facebook, Enter your Facebook password in the text field, and click on the Log In button.
3. On the home page of Facebook, click on the Groups on the left side menu bar.
4. In the Groups page, and under the Groups you manage option on the left side, click on a group name.
5. On your Group page, click on the Members menu at the top on the right-side pane.
6. Scroll down the group members list, and click on the three dots menu next to the member’s name that you want to remove.
7. From the drop-down list, click on the Remove member option.
8. Here, you will find three options; Delete recent activity, Block User, and Block user future profiles.
9. Select the checkbox of Delete recent activity, and this will delete the last days’ posts, comments, stories, polls, and pending invitations of a member.
10. Click on the Checkbox of Block, and your existing member will not be able to find, see or rejoin your group.
11. If you will select the checkbox of Block Future profiles, then your member’s new profiles will be blocked from your group.
12. Click on the Confirm button, and this will remove a member from the group
